Louise is an ethical entrepreneur and an optimist who believes in business as a force for good.

With a mission to find, connect and develop leaders who accelerate positive change, Louise is the CEO of The Good Board an executive search and leadership development consultancy. This month she has launched The Good Mentor to find 1,000 mentors to support 1,000 not for profit leaders through the current crisis and beyond.

She is also a Partner with The Orcid Partnership, Global Leader of the Consumer & Retail Practice for IIC Partners, Governor of Coleg Cambria and Trustee of WeMindTheGap.  With over 25 years of experience working with Boards and leaders, Louise is inspired by those who champion sustainable business models and by the next generation who demand that we do good business, much better.
